Received my 4" Jardine Exhaust system yesterday. I installed it today in 2 hr. 15 min. by myself, and that included cutting 2" off the tail pipe and installing the 5" Monster Tip from Geno's. THIS SYSTEM BOLTED RIGHT ON!! I didn't have to modify anything, it is truly a "BOLT ON SYSTEM". And talk about sounding GOOD!! It sounds AWESOME!! THIS SYSTEM ROCKS!!
The only negitive was in the directions, after you install the muffler, the directions tell you to install the next section of pipe with the long end into the muffler (this puts the bend over the axle in the wrong place).

That is wrong, the short end of the next tail pipe section goes into the muffler (at least on my truck). The bend over the axle then lined up over the axle.

1500 to 3000 rpm runs with Power Edge before and after the 4" Jardine was installed.
-----------------without--------with 4"
Level #1---------11. 05----------10. 03
Level #2---------10. 12----------9. 59
Level #3---------9. 35-----------8. 57
Now I will have to admit that I was the one pushing the button on the stop watch. Vaughn (MacKenzie) I might need your help next time, I might of had a trigger finger.

Except for the 1 flaw in the directions, it was a piece of cake to install. This is my experience with the 4" Jardine. I know that Larry Quinn had some problems. However it seem that Jardine has correct these problems per my experience. It's a GREAT PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE, AND WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY to boot!
