4" muffler

I want to get a new muffler or lack of one. I have a 04. 5 600 and have been looking at the Aero Turbine. That or the muflfler deleate kit. Anyone have experiance with either?

an aeroturbine dealer in okla city told me cat. conv. has to be removed for muffler to fit... . does anyone know for sure?i

I want to lose the stock muffler and cat, but still want the truck to be quiet.

I had been running a straight pipe for a few months now and could not take any more. Too much drone and the tone was too raspy.



I had Rip Rook (and associate) install a 24 inch Diamond Eye muffler and a resonator in place of the cat. I am extremely pleased! The sound is deeper and throatier and no longer raspy. Best of all the drone is gone.



I now have more control over the sound level of the truck. If I behave the truck is quiet and civilized. But when I stomp on it the sound is very pleasant.



Overall, I am very pleased with the results. My only regret is not doing this sooner.
