2500 V10 & A Really Big Alfa 5th Wheel

Really like this 5th wheel--opinions please

I am replacing a trailer harness on my Jeep hauler trailer and going with LEDs. The harness has a new connector plug for the truck too. My current truck plug and harness still looks good... should I bother to replace that too?

One more post to hit 1000!!

As long as it still functions and it matches the new plug, I would not touch the existing one. Why mess with success just to have a new connector?

Toss the new part into your tool box so that it's handy in case of trouble.

Yea, after looking it over it is in good shape so I will toss end in toolbox for future use. Too darn cold to work outside on trailer today. Wind chill is currently 33 degrees. Has to be ready by Wednesday nite.

Yeah. I learned a long time ago, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". 33 degrees, Yikes. I've got 94 outside in the shade and when the Sun hits it my Patio thermometer will look like this. .

Nice!! I am gonna wait till tomorrow to do this. Just don't feel like laying on the concrete today. . I did notice Dodge uses some different colored wire to the 4 pin.

Got all connections soldered and heat shrinked. Have to do the running lites today. Mount all the lites and then I'm done.

Gotta love those LED's. I replaced the tail lights on my Haulmark with LED's and people actually see my brake lights now... ..... lol
