4 speed Auto vs 5 speed 2006??

I am wanting to know what this difference is and which one is the best to have. I have my eyes on a 2006 with the 4 speed auto with 3:73 gears.

I see for that year they had a 5 speed auto option as well. I am confused. Thanks for all your help in advance

The Hemi had the 5 speed auto.
