I am now running the ppe xcelerator downloader stacked with an ts mp8. I only tow with the ppe turned on, I'm seeing a constant 30# and on inclines 40#'s +. How much boost are the intercooler boots good for? Should i upgrade and if so who makes the best? thanks

I hope you'll report all the details when the engine failures begin and let us know how you make out with your dealer on the warranty claim.

ah, don't say that , I don't think he would take it to a dealer for warranty after turning it up like that.

I'd like to believe you or agree with you but we've read many posts here from angry owners outraged that Dodge denied their warranty claim and voided their warranty. They usually explain that "yeah, I used to have that stuff on my truck but it's all removed now. "

I have seen 20 PSI maybe a little bit more like 1 or 2 PSI when towing and going up hill. I normally run around 5 PSI very rare that I see more. Some may see higher boost readings. Mine is stock except for what is in my sig below.

Stock I would see peak 32 and a steady 29. With my quad boost fooler and get 38 peak and about 32 sustained. I have smarty on the way, so the boost fooler will come off. See what kind of boost I get with smarty.

My truck is out of warranty thank you. I was just asking a simple question and expected a simple answer. Not a smart remark.

Not sure what the stock boots are good for, on my 03 they withstood 40+ for about two years, before blowing the boost hose directly off the turbo. The remaining 3 hoses were just fine.

I replaced all the hoses with a set I purchased from -- email address removed --. The set included a Cool Blue Hose for the intake to replace my AFE torque tube. At that time the complete set was around $150. 00, not sure what they are now.
