Additional parts to complete the installation: $350. 00. That makes it, ummmm, $750. 00. It's not $400, but it still doesn't sound bad to me!



By the way, does it take different parking brake cables, or can the original ones be used?

Why not just install some EGR shoes and over sized wheel cylinders, they can not stop any better then that! Plus you get to keep the parking brake and all parts can be bought local or from dealer if needed.
 
I have the EGR shoe setup on the back of mine and the only complaint is they are "sticky" and of course need frequent adjustment. I am thinking of going to a Raybestos shoe or similar when the carbon/kevlars wear out to reduce the "sticky" problem.
