well by the end of the month i will have 4000$.

i need to test your skills,

i have a getrag and i'm converting to a NV4500. so i need a conversion kit and a NV4500 transmission.

BUT that is all i need!!!

the only thing i want to do is to buy dual stacks for my tuck.

now the fun part... i need you guys to tell me some other stuff to buy for my truck (more power) and were to buy it... remember i only have 4000$ and i need a NV4500 and i want stacks... but that's it. i need to know what to do with the rest of the money and i know you guys are good at spending money!!

:D :D

$3K for a brand spanking new 4500 and kit from Quad4x4, no core charge. Guages are a must if you dont have them already. Tach, boost, pyro minimal. I have about $300 in my stacks. Very easy to install, just need cutting torch or sawsall and welder. - That is if you want to install the way I did-. Pics in readers rigs. BTW wheres your pics of your crew cab? I gotta see!! Heck go all out, buy a nv5600 6 speed! Bill

Here are the prices i recently paid at BLUMENTHALS:

NV4500-- $1330.

Advance Adapters conversion kit--$375.

Getrag core (refundable)--$450.

The conversion kit included the bellhousing, trans mount, fasteners.

The NV4500 is a rebuilt unit, and has been modified for the conversion. This was for a 4x4,but i think the prices are close to the same. If you have a 2wd you'll have to do some driveshaft work. This should leave plenty of cash for the stacks (check the prices at the big rig shops),and other goodies. I second the gauges if you don't have them. I'm not affiliated w/Blumenthals just a satisfied customer.

well i don't think i have a "crew cab" it's longer... . it think... . looking at all these trucks will get me into a mess. well i'll stick with extended cab. it kind of hard to take pics. of the truck there isn't enough room to take them now... it will be presented later.

and i'm not gonna buy a six speed... i'll just split the rear axle and and make it a 10 speed !!

i'm gonna get lots of gauges.

it's 2WD

how bout air intakes? or air filters? what should i do?

thanks for the info guys... gets me on the right tracks
