Have had a couple inquiries on the Dunlop "Mud Rover" tires, and since I just passed 40k miles (includes towing an 11k 5'er) figured I'd just post my satisfaction. .
The treads look like BFG Muds, but the rubber is harder, so they seem to last.
They bite great off-road, and handle off camber situations well without much side sliding.
They make less noise than some of the BFG's & other mud tires available, and drive as well as my BFG A/T's on the street, and handle the rain as well, or better.
Man I love these tires, and looks like I might get another 5k out of them, and will definitely get another set. .
No flats either, knock on wood.
The only negative I can say about these, is i think you lose about a mile per gallon because they dont roll as easy as A/T's. , and they are not as quiet as A/T's, but not objectionable IMO.
But for those times you find yourself off-road in a tough spot, they dont let you down.
Since there are several posts on tires out here, you might want to consider looking at them.
The price is ok too.
