We've been having problems with our fully loaded 5500 and the head lights going to the top of the telephone poles... . We often run at 19,500 and I hate to say my driver tends to overload the truck some times... ... Bill Lang at PacBrake fast tracked a set of air bags for me... . and their now available...

This kit has the biggest air bags and brackets I've seen... . They look like they will easily hold up to the task.

See the following: http://www.pacbrake.com/PDF/L5934.PDF

We've completed the installation and will install a leveling valve off a class 8 truck suspension system once the parts I forgot to order come in... Now we have it connected to a air system and are using a pressure regulator to level the truck...

The kit comes with the standard tire inflation valves but on all of my trucks we have them mounted to the PacBrake compressor along with a set of air horns...

The kit, HP10121 fits Cab & Chassis 2WD/4WD 07-08 as well as the Sterling Bullet. .

I'll post photos of the leveling valve when I get it installed...

Can't wait to see how it turns out. I want to add self leveling control to my 3500 and have been looking around for some ideas.

Jelag, the link shows it for the 4500 & 5500, I will assume they fit a 3500 C&C. Are you going to give TDR members a group buy discount? I have asked you in the past about the airbags for the C&C, but wanted to wait, to allow time for perfecting of the system. I read in the install literature that lifting the truck by the frame will cause damage to the air spring if the suspension is allowed to travel to its limit. Is there a warning label or something to tell the service tech, if I forget to tell them  or another service tech which I have not talked to, decides to lift it  with the frame?
