46RH 4x4 to 47RE 4x4 swap??

Does anybody have any information on the physical hookup between the 205 transfer case that came on the 46RH and the physical hookup that is on my 47RE with a 241DLD transfer case?



I want to be able to combine the 47RE with the older 205 transfer case.



I have all of the electronics so that is not a problem.



Advance Adapters cannot help me.



I currently have a 1987 Chevy crew cab 4x4 single wheel 1 ton that I have a Cummins in with the 46RH & 205 transfer case from a Dodge. Just want to upgrade.



Any info would be appreciated.

I too would be interested, BUT how much of an upgrade is that?



model change because the RE goes more electronic crap, but far as i know that is the only difference.



BTW lookin for a RH to replace my 518, why mess with electronics if you dont need to.

Thanks for the reply I know that the 47RH is a direct bolt in, but i already have a 96 4x4 donor truck with all the stuff!

the only difference between the 727 and 518 trans is the length and overdrive of course. im useing a 205 from a 92 518 on my 89 727 and iy bolted right up
