47 re new issues

I have a 03 cummins with 47re I was having a issue with it hunting for gears and not shifting at WOT I replaced the gov solenoid and sensor now it is jumping out of 1st under all throttle conditions at take off and then will slip back in and shift through all gears also having a problem with it not going in to reverse I cant get it to replicate when sitting in my driveway any help thanks.
