Mine does the same thing at light throttle,the old hydraulic controlled Torqueflite did not have this problem as the 47re and the 48re are basically the same as the 727 of the 1960s with internal mods,remember the 727s were used behind the 426 hemis,440 6 pacs,383s,early 340s,taxi packages with 318s,vans with 6 cylinders,and were standard with poly 318s of 66 and earlier,the point being that chrysler computer controls are suspect. These tranmissions are awesome being one of the most adaptable in today market place,where as Ford and GM had to develop new tranmissions for todays durability standards. Now if we could only get the computer to send the right messages
 
Well heres a strange twist, I took the extreme mode from BDDL out and put tow program in to pull a small dozer and trailer last week and guess what no more gear change problems, go figure!
