Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 47-RE to 47-RH

Hi been looking around the threads and can't find the info needed. I have a Dodge 98. 5 that the auto is on its last leg and want to sell it. I recently purchased a 97 Dodge that has a good auto that I would like to change to a stick. Question can I swap the 97 to the 98. 5 and if so would there be any problems with the control of the transmission, wiring issues or would it interfere with the computer managment of the truck/engine? If I Am Reading Your Post Correctly You Want To Put An Auto From A 98. 5 Into A 97? They Are Both 47re They Started Using The 47re In 96.
