. . on the Dyno today at MC Racing; the "KC Dyno Day" for this year. I think it's making more then that but we had a hard time loading it to get the turbos to spool. But all-in-all I'm pretty happy with that.

Quick Specs:

Limiting Factors :( : Stock Clutch; Stock Fuel Pump; Stock Injectors

Not So Limiting Factors :D : PDR Comp Twins; TST PMCR; all the other stuff in the truck profile.

John from Floor-It put up a 591/1102 !!!!! Next best was in the 520s I think? I had third best. We'll have results posted in the Events section soon I'm sure; time to get some shut-eye before work.

Those numbers seem a bit low.

I did 462/845 on a Dunbars dynojet in August with my 04. 5.

TST, EZ, stock pump and DD clutch.

What rpms do those twins spool at?

Also, have you played with the wastegate at all?

BTW What level did you run the TST on?

With dyno nbrs everything is relative. Those were decent numbers on that particular dyno. I baselined on that dyno when the truck was all stock 2 yrs ago and I was at approx 260hp. For these runs I ran the TST at 5/5 (no load; 15lbs boost at 110mph); 7/7 (no load; 15lbs boost at 110mph); then 9/9 and saw 469hp (applying break to build boost then letting it go); then 6/6 for 470hp (applying break to build boost then letting it go); would have liked to back it down to 4/4 but had already had several runs and didn't want to tie up the dyno all day so called it and backed out. Both the 9/9 and 6/6 runs maxed at 60lbs of boost.

I know the truck wasn't loading very well because none of the runs spun the clutch. If I punch it on the street the rpms shoot up and the clutch spins. Especially anything about level 5! So definitely --- there's more there just wasn't able to measure it.

I'm leaving the wastegate alone -- hitting 60lbs is good enough. The turbos need to be about 20lbs to start spooling really well. I don't have a-lot of experience with them yet but that's my limited observation right now.

Is that 60 lbs with the stock head gasket or is it modded.

Piers is running 60 psi with his and an untouched head... ... the new ones seem better but I did it too on mine for 6 months... ... once upon a time.
