47re converter locking up in fwd and rev, and coming to a stop

installed upgraded solenoid kit, no help..took the valve body out had it checked everything looked good. all that was left was the converter. i was able to drive it before the converter change, besides the locking up at stops, and in drive and reverse sometimes not all the time...but started doing it alot more.. also noticed when it came out of overdrive lock up it would buck alittle...
