Drop pan and valve body. Look for all of the necessary. You need a factory service manual. There is somthing wrong with the things talked about previous.
You did check the fluid level while trans was warm and running in neutral on a level surface? Sorry i have to ask...

Intermediate band is compromised, whether the band is shot, starting to break, the strut bent, or the apply circuit is leaking is the question. If you have slippage In manual 2nd or rev that is those are the symptoms. Time to drop the VB and assess the damage.

Yes, transmission was plenty*warm. level was good in neutral. Fluid is still bright pink and smells brand new. I can't tell if it's getting any worse or staying the same as far as shifting. If somthi like the band is going will it just continue getting worse ? Dose this mean new transmission ? If I drop the pan and valve body what am I looking for ? Should I try changing the transducer first ?*

Check the front band, rivets and end pieces to see if it coming loose. Check band wear and condition of the drum.

Your just going to chase the problem around and start guessing by buying parts to fix it.

Drop the pan! Start looking around. Tell us what you see. My best advice is to download factory service manual. Flip through to the valve body replacement page. Ther will be step by step with pictures on how to properly take that thing of and test the electronics. After you get it off you can see the drum, band, strut, and anchor. It will be apparent if somthing is wrong. The best tool you can buy is that factory service manual. Its too hard to explian how to do all the stuff over a forum. Im sure thers a youtube video or writeup on it somewhere if you trust those. Hopefully just a busted band piece. Save you from having to rebuild the whole thing.

It will get worse untill it breaks completly.

If all of this is overwhelming, a good transmission shop should only charge around 200$ or less to diagnose.
