Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 47re trans question

hey guys, about two months ago, the wife said that the trans did not shift right. sense that happen I was not able to get it to do it again, win i was driving. but it did it on me yesterday only ones. it seems to do it going from 3rd to o/d. it seems to go into o/d back to 3rd back to o/d ,like there was a skip between. the truck was only running for about 15 min. I did ride around for about 1 hour after with trans shifting good in all gears, oil has been change every 20,000 miles, oil level good. did adjust trans bands each oil change. I did pull camper a couple times this mouth and never did it. 63,000 miles on truck. does anyone know what could cause this. thanks
