Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 47RE transmission line direction

Please forgive me, but I've searched and searched and can't find a thread that will tell me which auto transmission fluid line is the pressure coming out of the transmission.



Is it the front or aft one?

Front one, and it should lead to the cooler under the exhaust manifold. Temp sender? Call DTT and get their extended 96-97 line with a port already installed.

This is on my conversion truck, so I don't think the DTT upgrade would work. I mounted the coolant cooler on the frame cuz I had to install a 3rd gen manifold to drop the turbo down which put it in the way of the cooler.



Anyway, I put the temp probe/sender in the line FROM the coolant cooler TO the aux. cooler in front of radiator. It appears as if I need to move it to the correct line.
