Get a pressure switches for the OD and lockup. Use the govenor pressure of the pump, to turn them on. 1 psi ~= 1 MPH. If you could find a differential pressure switch you could us the differential between the throttle pressure and governor pressure to control them. Basically whenever the differential is high you are in OD and lockup, whenever the differential is low(you have the throttle pushed hard) you are out of OD and lockup. I suppose you could even put a seperate pressure switch on the TV circuit, use the normally closed contact and anything above x psi will open the lockup and OD.
