Hey Bobcat,

If I can add, in the future, tell the dyno operator to slowly accelerate your truck and let it shift into OD and the converter locks. You should be able to maintain 50-60 mph in this condition. You then roll into it with the idea to get the turbo spooling and then at ~1900 rpm or around 70 mph nail it.

You can experiment from there to see what works best. If you have a lock up switch, you have more options.

Hope this helps the next dyno visit. ;)

We could set up a poll how many hooks before you blow your Dana 70 if you would like.

From reading on the DTR, It looks like you should have set up a poll to see how long it took him to blow something else up. :(

Let us know what you decide to go with for repair. You plan on doing it yourself? It makes me nervous now, I run 48lbs and know my time is coming... .

Well I'm going to pull the oil cooler off in the morning just for S&G, just in case it could be that.

If its not, tomorrow I'll pull the head and take it down to Huckstorf in Franklin WI next week to have the steel o-rings put in and head milled if necessary.

Power should be higher if the guy running it would of started your rpms around 2100 or so... . It shoud peak at 2400 or so then downhill from then on out.

Nice numbers though
