48RE Problem

I just dropped my truck(03 3500, 4x4) off at the dealer. This morning when I went to town the transmission would skip 2nd, When I tried to shift manually it would not shift into second when I selected it. Also when I stopped for fuel and put it in park the truck would roll on the sloped ramp. have 14900 miles on it now and this is the first problem I have had at all. Anyone have any thing like this happen to them?

So far so good on the trans with 19,000+ miles but it's a piece of machinery an any thing can happen at any time. Just be glad it happened in warranty. Had a 95 Chevy 4x4 I bought new that at 27,000 miles, no warning I was pulling into a service station to fuel up an it down shifted into first gear an thrashed the trans. Dealership came got it, fixed it, an no problems with it the rest of the time I owned it.
