ok, how do you adjust this cable?



Mine has some slack in it and see no way to adjust it tighter.

According to the manual it should have approx 1/32" of slack. To adjust, remove the 2 screws that fasten the cover on and remove the cover. Take the cable off of the pivot pin by pulling the cable eye gently out and remove, then pull the white plastic clip on the back side out to unlatch the cable housing. Move the housing until you have the desired amount of slack, then push the clip in to hold it in place. Re-attach the cable eye and check for the slack you want. If there is no more adjustment left to get the setting you want, you need a new cable and housing.
