4BT same parts as 6BT?

Is the pump, turbo and injectors shared by both engines?

If your asking is there a interchangeablty of parts between the 4B and 6B, generally yes. Some parts may not function as well as other parts numbers but most will fit both engines.

So, could you put a fuel plate or 3k spring kit to get power and make smoke?

Yes I believe that the governers on the "P" pump engines are the same except for the difference of the two cyliders, so you should be able to use a fuel plate and 3K springs. That would also include injectors! Have fun.

There seem to be very few P pump 4BTs. Most have the older style rotory pumps.
