4th gen bed on a 3rd gen truck

Just wondering what this would look like. I'm trying to picture it. I have a 2010 that I'm unhappy with, and getting rid of it. Looking at a 2005, but it has a flatbed on it. I'm looking at a pickup bed, but having trouble finding a 3rd gen bed. I can get a 4th gen bed, but just don't know if it would look right.

Is the 2005 a Cab & Chassis frame?

3D7MU48C34G255597 is the VIN, he says it's a crew cab pickup, not a C&C. 161" wb

Dodge/Ram built a cab and chassis in Gen II trucks and began again in '07. No early Gen III C&Cs were built during MY '03 through '06.

I think you answered your own question, it will look like a 2005 Dodge, with a 2010 bed attached.
