4WD light flicker.

The indicator light for my 4WD flickers on and off when I'm in 2WD, kind of like a lose bulb would only it's not supposed to be on at all. I am wondering if there is a switch on the transfer case that needs adjusting?

Might want to check your electric shift motor, might be causing your problem, or the electrical connector might be loose

The thing is, it flickers when I'm in 2WD, so it should be off completely. So that's why I'm thinking it's a switch. If I just knew where it is I could maybe fix it.

That's what I was hoping for but today I figured it out. There is a switch on top of the transfer case that has a 98.73% probability factor. The only thing is it's a $50 switch from Dorman. You could try taking it out to see if it's gunked up or something...
