Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 4WD transfer case in 2WD

Ok this may sound strange, but has anybody stuck a transfercase behind a 2WD NV4500 to get a creeper ratio for backing up heavy loads and minimizing clutch slip? Of course the gearvendors I use would complicate it. I would still keep it 2WD. What do you all think??

If you're thinking about a t-case... . why not think about adding another over/under box?



A t-case would be fine... but you're not even using the front output shaft section... . so that's superfluous weight and so forth that you don't even need.
