I have a 95 2500 4x4 ctd auto trans that was t-boned hard but the suspension and running gear is still fine . I also have a 95 2500 4x2 ctd auto thats in good shape . I had looked at a frame spec book and all of the measurements are the same . The only difference that i can see are the controll arm and spring perch mounts . If they could be cut off and rewelded i'm shure it would work. Has any one done this ? dose any one have any input on this matter ? THANKS MIKE

If the frames are the same, If you have all the parts, it should be straight forward. Lots of work though. Just take ALOT of careful measurements before you start. I would suggest replacing all the bushing and joints during the reassembly. You might check with some of the lift kit manufacturers. They might have kits that come with brackets and mounts, so that you don't have to worry about cutting parts off.

A guy in use to work with had a 94 2wd 3/4 ton f-250 . It was payed for and he did,nt want to buy a new one so he found a shop in San Jose Cal that does conversions and now it is a one ton 4x4 . Im sure it was,nt cheap but he had to buy all the parts axles/transfer case/ext stuff that you all ready have :D
