"High" to all, Roger the leveling coils did stiffen the ride up front and hug the mountain curves much better as well as the trails.

The only coil spacers that I have seen were the pro-comp aluminum ones. I sure am glad that someone makes steel ones. I was kinda hesitant about the aluminum ones.

Be warned that you will have to correct your geometry if you combine 2 different kits(coils and spacers) that came with no link correction parts in their individual applications. I'm going to a machine shop to see if they can correct my trailing arms angle with some sort of "Y" configuration like I posted before.

I put Tuff Country 2" col spacers and four control arms on my truck. It got the front end back up to stock after the winch and bumper add-on . (#39 springs). I got it aligned, and it goes down the road straight, and stops straight. Rides real nice off road. Time will tell how my tires wear. #ad

JC Whitney sells the daystar for around $180. It is looks like a urethane spacer that goes on top of the spring and has studs that stick through the shock tower mounting holes.
I would rather lower the rear to level after restoring the front height with new springs (too hard to get in the side windows on the topper).
Can someone with a 2500 tell me how tall the stock lift blocks are in the rear?

I want to level my truck out too so after a bunch of research and thought here's what I'm going to do:

By calling Skyjacker directly (1-800-SOFTRIDe) I can order parts individually. (Vendors usually only carry full kits. ) I'm ordering the front springs from their 2-2 1/2" lift, the lower link arms, and new bump stops (less than $300). Then I'll order a couple top shock mounts ($25 ea from Dodge) and cut them down 2". This will allow me to use stock-length shocks. If cash is short I can stop here and use my stock shocks for a while. Otherwise, since I'll be setup for stock-length shocks I've got a few more options available (like Edelbrock).

Less than $500 bucks and a couple hours with a welder and I'll have a good, sturdy setup.

I can add upper link and link arm skid plates later if I want. If I decide to go up 2 more inches later, no biggy: Just add the spacers and get shocks for a 2" lift.

Just another option.

A word to the wise. Stay away from those Urethane spacers! A local 4x4 shop had to install a set of Tuff Country spacers to replace those urethane ones on a guys 2500. The Tech. showed me one that had splits in 5 or 6 places and he said the other one had started splitting also and they weren't but 12 months old. I don't know what kind of abuse the truck had been into but he strongly cautioned any one using them. He also said that the Cummins weight could've had something to do with it.

He also said there's another company that makes a nylon plastic type of spacer that we should be shy of also but I don't remember the company's name. He said that he's been real cautious with salesmen trying to sell El cheapo products,by demanding to see proof of at least a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. BUYER BEWARE!
