5.9 block interchange

I had a 01 24 valve with one of the dreaded ''53'' blocks that always worried me about cracking so I bought a really clean, low time ''Mexican'' block as a spare. Meanwhile a couple of months ago I traded my 01 for a 04. 5 and was wondering do they use the same block?

No, the CR block has been redesigned. Can you use it? Possibly with some creative swapping.
