i am thinking about going with 5" from the turbo back but would like to know if i should wait with this. I want to also get the pacbrake. Does the pacbrake come in 5" or will i be confined to 4" or less? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The pacbrake does come in a 5" inline I think.

Call Rip in the morning and ask him. He should be able to let you know, I think he also has good deals on exhaust systems.

Yep, PacBrake actually designed the 4, & 5" in line brakes for some truck applications that can't run an engine brake... . they factory calibrate them for the correct back pressure based on the specifications of the engine manufacture and forward them to the customer, or some of the distributors carry them on the shelf with different calibrations.

The adapter on the turbo side is usually welded to the pipe so that there is no leakage...

They can be tied to the ECM like the direct mount, or ran manually. .
