5" Rolling Big Power

Has anyone tried the rolling big power stuff? If so how about the 5" turbo back. I have an 06' CC DRW. Any suggestions?

It's all Maganflow stuff. He just welds his plate over their logo on the muffler. Keep shopping.

Well then, on that note, would you buy the 5" magna flow? Anyone run 4 and 5 on the same truck? Any thoughts?

I had their 4" on my truck. Maganflow used my truck for their R&D. The staff was great, the fit & finish were great. But I personally hated the way my truck souned. I hated it so bad the muffler is now in my garage. Maybe they've done something different since my truck was in there (2 years ago) but it souned like they used the same muffler they used on their Honda kits. The basic 4" pieces are still on my truck. It's just got a diffrent 4" piece where the muffler use to be. . 02¢

Thats funny cuz I saw something that said it was a diesel specific muffler. Not that I doubt you, just unfortunate.

Oh I'm sure it was diesel specific. It just sounded like a Honda to me. Or better yet a 4 stroke ATV. Should have clarifed that a bit better, sorry.

I put a 5'' magnaflow on my 05 ctd. My truck ran like CRAP!!!!! I did not research exhaust systems. My 600$ mistake!!I think a 5'' exhaust and a stock engine is a bad combo. I had a choice of buying a new 4'' exhaust or a power mod. I bought a edge/juice/att. I was not ready to jump into the bomb pool just yet,but did not have a choice!!My truck runs GREAT now. Back to the magnaflow,the craftmenship was very POOR!! I think the person who welded the hangers must have smoked there wheaties for breakfast. Only one hanger was in the right spot. When i called customer service about my complaints they told me i should remove it and sell it on e-bay!!The sound is obnoxius,my cummins sounds like 2 HONDA'S. Thats not what i was looking for. I will be replacing it this spring. GOOD LUCK!!

When I put my 5" exhaust on with the combo of the AEM Brute Force intake, the turbo would spool real quick and from what I understood was defueling because it was like I would hit a wall and the power just disappeared and the truck would fall on it's face. That all changed after I got my Bully Dog Power Pup, set it on performance "90hp" and haven't changed it since. It was a pain to deal with the loss of power for awhile, but it was worth the wait.

Bully Dog does have a Stainless as well as a Aluminized exhaust for your truck. I currently runa 6" turbo back. It is a little loud, but when I need to quiet it down I throw a 4" Magna Flow 27" muffler in front of it and it sounds great. Just depends on how loud you want it...
