I have been noticing while driving my truck (auto) that around the 50-60 mph speeds it has a slight buck to it. The tach and speedo are stable when this happens, and it seems to do it only in OverDrive. When it occurs if i apply more throttle or let off the throttle the buck goes away. I can barely feel the problem - my wife never noticed in the passanger seat when it happens so it really is not abrupt at all.

I do not have gauges - i hope to be getting some soon - boost, FP, and maybe a pyro. Any ideas what it could be? I think it could be transmission related. It only occurs when on a flat stretch of road - no hills. The problem does not happen all the time, but i can almost count on it occuring one time everyday i drive it.

bucking, serging, missing

this sounds alot like the "on the edge" thread.

might help reading that one, gave me a few good idea's.

and worries. not ready to replace VP this month.

I'm assuming you still have a stock turbo? It sounds like compressor surge to me. My truck barely did it before I got my turbo on, not it's way more pronounced. But if you only have the mods in youg sig. then I don't see any reason for you to have a surge.
