just dynoed my truck she put out 520hp and 1006tq 2006 mega cab stock turbo. mods are goerend bross tc vb and input shaft BD flex plate 150 gph fass pump 90 hp dynomite nozzles banks intercooler intake and 6 gun tuner

5" cat back magna flow. Now this is the problem before the nozzles egt's were 1250* now they go up to 1400* in no time i need a single turbo that will bring them back down. any suggestions not looking for twins

I expect to do 525-ish on stock turbo and stock injectors..... Just with the hot juice alone.

With them sticks, that banks box must smoke a little eh?

The juice clears up perty good. hazey, but nothing I'd complain about.

What kind of bypass filter is that? The mounting bracket looks a lot better than what I pieced together for my secondary fuel filter.

(2003 SO) 602 Hp, On stock lift,Cp3,Injectors. Mods are Banks T-Cooler System,Intake,Exhaust, PowerPDA Ver 1. 5 Stacked With T-Dog TQ-Mng,T&C wild Rail,SPS 62/12 ,Complete Trans. I am happy with the Performance with Stock lift,Cp3,Injectors. My goal was to Break 600hp with these component's,and it's been like this for close to 50k,its been the best operator friendly low maintenance truck I have ever owned.

On edit, Truck has 80k most of it pulling or racing.

Jsandoval, If you Upgrade Your Turbo You will need to change your Intake, the Banks Intake is awesome, I could easily Pull any(intake) filter minder down to 50% or more at will, Now with the Banks intake I cannot pull it down to 10%. .

i made 555 and 1016 on a stock turbo, clutch and cp3. with only a set of 80hp II sticks, and a smarty, with a fass 150. the only change i made was a turbo at the time i dynoed the numbers in my sig. i gained 51 hp just by installing a sps66. on my truck i couldnt imagine going with a smaller turbo.

Thanks for the info but i just bought a htt 62/14 i will post new dyno #. truck feels really fast as is the only reason i bought a turbo is to lower my egt's

Tomey,

I expect 525-ish with stock turbo, cp3 and injectors. Just an EZ and hot juice. ( we'll see what the smarty + ez can do as well) On the 20th I'll know. I expect a near 0 correction factor as the temps are now high's int he 60 around here.

Tho, for a banks programmer, anything over 500 is simply amazing, even if it had 90hp stick to nudge it along. :)

JSandoval,

How hard was it to install the nozzles? I'm looking into getting some of the 50hp nozzles for my truck and I was wondering if it was something I could do myself.

you know what at first i was goin to pay some one to install them but after hearing that. $600 for installation i did my research and did it my self. it will take you all day make sure you have all the right tools before any thing. you have to be real clean other than that its pretty ez.

I have a 04 with the 305HP cummins in it, I have the six-gun with speedloader, s&b coldair intake,4" turbo back exhaust, and planning on getting the power pda for my six-gun. Do you think 50HP nozzles will be a good fit for my set up?
