520 hp on stock turbo

I have a 04 with the 305HP cummins in it, I have the six-gun with speedloader, s&b coldair intake,4" turbo back exhaust, and planning on getting the power pda for my six-gun. Do you think 50HP nozzles will be a good fit for my set up?

Is your Tuner in the engine compartment or Cab.

for sure it will keep egt cooler with the 50's if you have a stock turbo

512rwhp and 1027#

I just pulled 512 an 1027 on stock injectors, cp3, motor. Edge Hot on 6 and ez on 3.





My smarty run was a little messed up as I forgot to set the edge to 0. So I was way over fueling (2 180hp boxes with timing stack..... nothing blew up!). I'm perty sure the edge backed down 100% shortly after the second pull started since hte numbers were comparable and nothing blew up. . The Smarty held over 450hp to 3400rpm. . Edge was perty much done at 3000. I did have the guy pull to 3700 (close to 130mph on the dyno)

I got a max of 356 hp and 699 rwtq on my 05 3500 ctd I had with a drop in filter and a triple dog set on extreme, no kitty, and stock muff. Stock everything basically otherwise. It is exciting to see such high numbers for not too much cash. Have an 03 now and looking for twins... oh and my 05 like my 03 has a stock 48 re auto.

TWest, I have the tuner mounted on top of the fuse box under the hood. I've only had mine since the middle of this year. Is there a differance?

Early 03/04/04. 5 Tuners Mounted Under the Dash... and are NOT PowerPDA compatible.
