I just hit 54000 miles on my 2004. 5 and replaced the bfg's with the toyo mud's and the truck is still running strong. :D

I'm at 58000 with no problems. I will need new tires shortly. If the Smarty for the 3rd generation makes it here in the next few weeks, I will need the tire even sooner!

My Michelins have worn well too and at 50000, they still have plenty of rubber left. The problem is they seem to be getting kinda slick in the rain so I'll be putting on a new set before winter.

Rolled 73,000 today. One leaking steering box, some A/C issues, one frozen rear caliper, several ****** off phone calls to the ******* and DCX, and the original BFG Rugged Trails went 62,000 miles before I noticed some sidewall cracking on all 4 tires. BFG paid for 75% of a new set of them for me.

u guys need to drive more I have 06 megacab purchased 12/28/05 and have 64,532 miles on it. love it and so far, I've replaced only one gasket for exhaust brake. Michelin tires ready to be replaced before heading back east, again, end of the month.

just turned 70,000 and only problem was a lift pmp at around 58,000. also the weather stripping on the drivers door is shot where the door rubs it. i was too lazy to have it replaced before the 36,000 mile warranty. guess i will have to pay out of pocket for it now. :{ other than that very happy with my truck :D
