5500 broke air bag bracket

I had a 5500 pass me this week south of Atlanta towing a box trailer. When I looked it over close this guy had the air bags pumped all the way up enough to have the overloads seperating from each other and look closely. The air bag brackets have broken welds and bracket is riding way high unlevel.

Not good, the ones that I have are between the frame and the axle, so the force is direct, no side loading on the frame. That makes me think less about things like that happening like I did before with past trucks that I've had.
