Nice work. I have a special fondness for those old Suburbans. Back in the '60s I owned a '55 GMC Suburban which had a Pontiac OHV V8 engine and a GM Hydramatic four speed automatic. Had a lot of fun with that old GMC.

I have to agree, old iron looks great:cool:
 
SO NICE, I've wasted lots of hours building and old Chev (49 to 54) 1. 5 ton stake bed along those same lines. Well build in my head any way.

Just curious did the peel and stick sound control do the job. That's a step I see a lot of innocents skip.
 
mounted the dodge hydroboost and clutch master in the stock chevy location wasn't too much work but it was a long time ago
