5th gear fix

Is the fix that Dodge has provided for 5th gear on the NVG 4500 as good as the after-market upgrades that are offered? Thanx. Jim

Both Enterprise Engine and Haisley Machine & Repair offer stronger shafts for the NV4500. Standard Transmission isn't the only game in town, guys.

I'm very partial to Van Haisley and Dave Mitchell's stuff, they are fellow Cummins Ram owners, and compete on the sled pulling circuit. Their customer service is second to none.
