5th gen bed on a 4th gen truck?

My 4th gen bed is dented and rusting. For a little more than the price of having it fixed I can buy a NTO 5th gen bed. I’m guessing the taillights are different. I’m just wondering about the the tailgate and the bolt pattern to the frame. TIA for any info.

Should be the same.

FWIW 19-22 is still a 4th Gen, aka gen4.5, as the 5th Gen isn’t out yet.
