Do a dealer search on pullrites site. If there are no dealers close by call Pullrite and ask if there is a dealed that they would recomend dealing with over the phone. Some are better that others, and they have good relationships with their dealers.

There prices are reasonable shipping is almost nothing about $25.

Don't know about the mounting types for the slider but there are different ones for our trucks on the standard super 5th. They make custom brackets for Dodges for the super 5th. I got the super rail mount and seems very easy for a DIY person that is somewhat handy. Diections were good. If you have questions give there customer service people a call. I thought they were great to work with and delivered in no time.
