5th Wheel Hitch install on '05

I recently purchased a new '05 3/4 ton short bed. I'm trying to get ready to install my 5th wheel and gooseneck hitches. I have an RBW Lil Rocker 5'er hitch, my question is...



Will the RBW hitch fit into Reese rails? -OR- Will the Reese gooseneck (the Goose I think they call it) fit into RBW rails? I'm trying to decide which way I want to go with this... since I haven't bought rails yet.



Also, I've heard about some new fangled mounting kit for the '05 trucks... is this true, if so, why is it needed.

I understand from another person, that posted on here earlier, that a RBW will fit Reese 5th wheel hitch rails.



Reese makes a mounting bracket for the frame, that is no drill (I think you have to enlarge a few holes. But it is spendy, I think I gave $260 + shipping. But check around with some of the hitch places online, you can find this price plus $1 shipping. Saved me $45 on shipping by shopping around!
