I am in the process of buying a 04. 5 3500 dually 4x4. I have a reese 16K rocker. Where can I find info on mounting the hitch. I have heard that you are not to drill into the hydro frame rails. Is this true? If anyone can point me in the right direction or has experience in mounting these hitches. Thanks for your time.

Figured I would chime in with a question, Should I buy a used 15k Reese 2 way pivot hitch that is only $125. 00 It is in very good shape but I would need to buy rails and a Dodge install kit. Is it worth it? I really wanted a 4 way pivot but I am really broke and need to move the 5er by march or April. Oo.

The 4 way pivoting hitch would be worth waiting for if you can swing it. Take a look at the PullRite, no drilling or welding, a little more money but a very well made hitch.
