5th wheel mounting

I am in the process of getting new 3500 dually long bed 4x4 . I have a 16K rocker Reese hitch. What is the info or can someone point me to info on monting the hitch. You are not to drill into the hydro frame correct?. Thanks for your help

Reese sells a special bracket kit for the 3rd gen trucks. I can't find it on their website now, but I assume it's there somewhere. I think the kit is about $50, and I think Camping World sells it too. The kit does require drilling the frame, but the kit includes some sleeves to prevent crushing the frame. This is considered an acceptable practice by Dodge.
