How to Carry Portabke Waste Tank

flat towing my 2004.5 dually 4x4 automatic

How R pucks attached? Do they go to the frame? How many are in the bed? 4 or 5 is there one in the middle . I have not scene one at my dealer. But he is 40 minutes from me. thanks guys..Just researching my new truck.

The four 5th wheel ones are bolted to brackets that are factory installed on all 2500,3500 and 4500 frames. If the truck does not have the option, here is a link to them.

For gooseneck, I think I would go B&W.

I installed the 4 pucks and wiring Monday my new 2015 Laramie SB. The bed has to be lifted on each side to get the pucks in place. Two people would make the job easy. I did it by myself in 4 hours.

The side to side measurement were very close. The front to back is harder, as they did not provide a real set starting point. I drilled the first 1/4 pilot hole and took a piece of wire and bent it into an L and felt for the walls of the puck that I had already installed first. I adjusted my holes back a bit based on that test.
