Wanted: opinions on either the Honda EU6500iS or EM6500SX generator

WoW Grizz what did I do to get that!!!! Im NASTY for sure BUT UGLY???? I want to put it on the record that I have had my share of FEMALE INVITES to the parking lot to watch THE SUBMARINE RACE'S in the lake on the other side of the road from the dance hall/saloon, BUT I JUST CANT GET THIS RING OFF MY FINGER and Knowing how fast the wife is with a KNIFE sure makes a guy think about cross-in her in any way shape or form. :-laf

The ugly part wasn't meant for you BIG, just the Nasty part. Ugly is the RV Dealer in La Grande, OR.

There's nothing wrong with being ugly. I'm ugly and I've had my share of FEMALE INVITES.

Got to go to Calif in a week when we get back going to swing by OR to find out the way we want one built with OUR ADDITIONS TO THE LIST and go from there. Thanks for the help and thoughts on the buy of this, AF is the one that we like and want.

Got the 55 mph solved we are flying to Calif going the 20th to take care of the sale of our house and staying until the 23rd going to a LeAnn Rimes concert at Morongo Casino (love that girls voice) then fly to OR to make a deal and home.

I have a 5. 5 in our rig, I don't think you can use more that it puts out, 4 years now, great Generator, and we have 2 ac units micro and everything else.
Just looking at some Gensets would a 55k work even if I got 2 A/C units and be able to run the micro TV Vac system at the same time, I dont know that I WOULD but never know about the WIFE!!!! She's power hungry at times and im not talking about the RV either. :-laf Just kidding just want to do it RIGHT the FIRST and LAST time. Dont really want to hear I TOLD YOU TO GET A BIGGER ONE

Thaks for the info I think your right, but the wife will for sure give it a try!!!!

Big, I'm sure you have researched Michelin tires to figure out which ones to put on the new Arctic Fox. Which ones are you considering?

The Michelin XPS RIBS is what will go on, had some Commercial TA's on the TT that we sold to Son they were some pretty nice rubber also.

Big, I most certainly agree with your wanting better Michelin tires for your new Arctic Fox. However, according to Northwood's site, the 32-5M comes with "G" rated tires, and Michelin only has "E" XPS ribs. Northwood lists a max carrying capacity of 16660, but with "E" tires, I figure a max of 15200, with a 20 % pin weight. That makes 12160 on the tires, divided by 4 for 3042 per tire which is max load at 80 lbs. Wonder what the "built in" safety factor is? All of this to say: It sure would be nice if Michelin made a "G" XPS!! Hope you two enjoy your new "cloud nine"! Mark

You are totally right about the humidity here in the Carolinas. Right now it's about 80/80, 80 degrees 80 % Humidity! If you wave youre arms in the air you will see vapor trails!!! There is however a few weeks in the spring and fall that are absolutely perfect in every way, from the mountains to the coast of NC. We generally bust out the 5er and go to the beach during that time before the tourists and school kids, it's great! The mountains in early May are great! PM me later for details on the great seaside places and times.

We bought a used Sunnybrook. 25' fifth wheel, 2004 model, paid $9500. Sunnybrook has a 3. 5 star rating in the RVCG. Pretty nice camper, aluminum frame, gelcoat ext. EPDM rubber roof. I did switch to 16" wheels and tires. Just my 2 cents

You did well DFark. Congratulations.

Are you sure it's a 2004? My RVCG shows only two SunnyBrook 5er's were made in 2004, both of which are 40 foot and they are both Toy Haulers. In 2003 SunnyBrook made a 25', mod # Lite2450SL. They also made a 28' and a 29' 5th wheel in 2003.
