i started w/ the 4. 5" kit an then wanted a little more. so i added 2" more, now the drive shaft is about 1-11/2 short it does not go in the transfer case as far as it did. should i worry about it? what can be done an how much is the fix? ive been running it like that for a few months nolw. thanks

I don't know if it is the cheapest or even easiest way to do it, but I know you can get your driveshaft's legnthened for a few benji's by most transmission shops.

with the power you have, you should have a driveline shop lengthen the driveshaft. get it lengthened and rebalanced. better safe than sorry!

SB QC is a one-piece rear shaft, right? it might be long enough to get by, but i ended up with some wobble after my lift, so i went with a CV joint behind the carrier bearing in mine.
