6.7 fan clutch

I have a 2007. Question is, when starting the truck first thing in the morning is the fan supposed to “roar” and move tons of air with the a/c or defrost on? My ol’ 1st gen did, but this one doesn’t. Replaced the a/c pressure transducer for the second time in a year. Had to replace the a/c compressor seals because the fan clutch wasn’t engaging. Like I said, had the transducer replaced and a/c works fine. But fan seems to not move as much air as I think it should. Or is this typical of the electric type fan clutch?

The ECM commands the desired RPM of the Fan, as long as it gets the expected return value from it everything is good. Aircon also switches on the Fan to set speed.

But anyways, usually you get a morning roar, even the FSM states this.
