A friends got a 6. 7L with less than 7,000 miles and it has a bad injector (no bio-diesel and stock). Does anyone know if this is a common problem? If it is why is it going to take 3 weeks for the dealer to fix it?
Most dealers have to follow an outline by the factory to get some parts... in many cases they replace injectors after several steps to insure that is the problem... since most dealers won't stay with the repair... . as they have to wait for parts... it might take the 3 weeks...
I have yet to even look up a fuel injector for a 6. 7l. I have seen a few issues with no continuity in the injector harness/valve cover gasket. Its all one piece.
