6 speed transmission a Getrag?

I was told today that the new 6 speed trann in the new 03's will be made by the same German company who made the ones with so many problems prior to 1996. Getrag (may be misspelled) is the new supplier? They are the ones that mis-designed the oil splash system of the ones in the 93-95's and maybe a year or two before that. Anyone know if this is true?
