6 speed transmission whine

My '08 has an annoying whine in the transmission at about 70MPH. If you put a little pressure towards the passenger side with your hand it goes away,,if you pull it towards you it gets worse. The funny thing is,,,it does not do it all of the time,,of course when it goes to dealer it never makes noise. Go figure! But it is very annoying,,kinda loud... Any suggestions?

Does your 08 6sp require ATF ?? I think it does

If it does I would change it out to Amsoil Synthetic ATF

Your Dealer won't like it, but it's not his truck & besides what are they going to say or do about your problem. This is just my 2ct's worth of advice, it's your call, it's your truck.
